Not all versions use the same front brake package. Match the exact build date, caliper and original pad profile to T8106SP2001. M550d is not an M5 fitment claim; M5/M6, ceramic discs and unrelated retrofit calipers are excluded.
Installation and bedding-in
Fit across the front axle and inspect discs, hardware and wear sensors. Follow the supplied Pagid bedding procedure. Discs and sensors are separate unless specified. Choose matching rear pads and suitable brake fluid.
