Description
Developed for sustained fast-road and circuit use, the MMX high-capacity differential sump replaces the factory pan on F8x BMW M cars. Manufacturer part number MMR55-1000.
Features and benefits
- Up to two litres of additional differential oil capacity compared with the standard pan.
- CNC-machined aluminium housing with internal baffles and separate windage tray.
- Internal and external cooling fins for thermal management under repeated high loads.
- Provision for external differential cooling using the M22 to -8AN adaptor.
- Direct fit to factory mounting points, with no additional cutting or fabrication required.
