GiroDisc TS-1867-4 titanium pad heat shields use the front 1867 profile for the listed BMW M240i, M340i, M440i, X3/X4 M40i and Z4 M40i brake configurations with 348 mm front discs. The same SKU is also listed for the front brakes of the Toyota GR Supra 3.0.
Made from 1 mm titanium sheet, the shields sit between the pad backing plates and caliper pistons to reduce heat transfer into the caliper. They add a thermal barrier to the specified brake assembly during demanding use. GiroDisc supplies this product as a kit for one axle.
