BMW M135i/M140i/M235i/M240i 380mm Front Brake Upgrade Bundle

Build your BMW M Lite 380mm front brake upgrade around genuine BMW front discs, a Nevlock Performance 340mm-to-380mm front brake adapter kit and your choice of Pagid or Ferodo front brake pads. Add HEL braided brake lines and a 1.5-litre Motul RBF 660 fluid pack to complete your selected specification.

This package is intended for BMW M135i and M140i F20/F21, and M235i and M240i F22/F23, retaining the compatible original four-piston front calipers from the 340mm M Sport brake setup. The existing brake package and adapter application must be checked before supply.

Included in every configuration

• Nevlock Performance 340mm-to-380mm front brake adapter kit
• Genuine BMW 380 x 30mm front brake disc pair: left 34107889665 and right 34107889666.
• One complete front axle brake pad set in your selected compound.

Genuine BMW discs are standard throughout the range. The pad selection changes the front pad set, not the discs. Replacement calipers, rear discs, rear pads, wheel spacers and fitting labour are not included.

Choose your front brake pads

• Pagid STREET+ - front pad set T8104SP2001.
• Pagid RSL1 - front pad set S4931L01001.
• Ferodo DS2500 - front pad set FCP4611H.

Select the compound to suit the vehicle's intended use. These compounds have different operating characteristics and approval conditions; the complete converted brake system must not be assumed to carry road approval simply because an individual component does.

Optional HEL braided brake lines

Yes: add a vehicle-specific HEL braided brake line kit. No: brake lines are not included. F20/F21 and F22/F23 applications must use the correct hose kit for the confirmed vehicle. Hose colour and exact application must be confirmed before supply.

Optional Motul RBF 660 brake fluid

Yes: add three sealed 500ml bottles of Motul RBF 660 Factory Line DOT 4 brake fluid, totalling 1.5 litres. No: brake fluid is not included. The required quantity for a complete fluid change depends on the vehicle and bleeding procedure.

• BMW M135i - F20/F21.
• BMW M140i - F20/F21.
• BMW M235i - F22/F23.
• BMW M240i - F22/F23.

For the compatible original 340mm M Sport four-piston front brake setup only. This is not a universal conversion for every vehicle carrying an M135i, M140i, M235i or M240i badge. Cars already using different front calipers or a 370mm brake package require separate assessment. F40/F44 and G42 applications are not included in this listing.

Provide your registration or VIN and details of any existing brake modifications for a fitment check. Wheel diameter alone does not confirm clearance; wheel barrel and spoke clearance must be checked, and spacers may be required. There is no fitment guarantee based on model name alone.

Installation, brake bleeding and bedding-in must follow the selected component manufacturers' instructions and be carried out by a competent professional.
