Audi RS3 8V Intercooler (2015-)

Forge Motorsport Audi RS3 8V Intercooler is a large bar-and-plate charge-air cooler designed for the pre-facelift and facelift 8V RS3. It substantially increases frontal area and core volume compared with the factory intercooler to control intake temperatures on standard and tuned cars.

• 16-litre core volume
• Approximately 55% more surface area than the factory core
• Approximately 94% greater volume than the factory core

• Modified genuine Audi crash bar supplied
• Retains the standard boost hoses
• Forge test data recorded up to 24 BHP gain and a 35°C reduction in peak inlet temperature on the tested standard car

Typical installation time is approximately 3.5 hours. Cars with Adaptive Cruise Control can use the Forge RS3 ACC intercooler bracket. An uprated boost-hose set is also available by searching FMKT024.
