Description
Run selected 18-inch wheels while retaining the factory BMW 2NH six-piston front calipers. The 72Racing 2NH 380mm Front Caliper Bracket Kit repositions the OEM front calipers for a compatible 380mm front disc conversion, reducing the factory 400mm brake package diameter and creating the additional inner-barrel clearance needed by suitable 18-inch wheels.
This conversion is aimed at track and fast-road BMW F87 M2 Competition builds where 18-inch wheels are preferred for tyre availability, tyre cost, sidewall compliance and reduced wheel/tyre mass.

Required front discs
The brackets must be used with the correct 380mm front discs designed for this six-piston caliper conversion. Standard BMW F8X 380x30mm front discs must not be assumed to be compatible. Confirm the exact disc specification before installation.
Confirmed APEX 18-inch wheel clearance
Wheel diameter alone does not determine clearance. Inner-barrel shape and drop-centre depth are critical. APEX has physically tested a 380mm six-piston F87 conversion and published the following results.

- APEX EC-7: 18x9 ET30 and 18x9.5 ET28 - barrel interference
Other wheel brands
At present, only the APEX fitments listed above are treated as confirmed against a physically tested 380mm six-piston conversion.
BBS Motorsport E88 is not currently confirmed. The commonly listed System Motorsports 18x10 ET21 front / 18x11 ET34 rear F8X specification is explicitly marked as not suitable for CCB or 2NH brake packages. Although this 380mm conversion reduces radial brake-package diameter compared with the original 400mm 2NH setup, that does not by itself prove sufficient barrel and caliper clearance. BBS E88 must therefore be checked against the exact 72Racing brake-clearance template or physically test fitted before ordering.
Other 18-inch options from BBS, ProTrack, Volk Racing, BC Forged, Forgeline, Titan 7 and similar manufacturers may be viable, but are not currently advertised as confirmed for this exact 72Racing 380mm / OEM 2NH six-piston caliper position. A wheel being listed for an F87 M2 or clearing another 380mm/372mm brake kit is not sufficient evidence on its own.
Important wheel-fitment note: wheel diameter alone is not enough to establish brake clearance. Inner-barrel profile, drop-centre shape, wheel offset, spacer thickness, suspension position and manufacturing revisions can all change the result. Always test fit before mounting tyres and maintain suitable caliper-to-wheel clearance for track use.
