What should I include in a parts or fitment enquiry?

Send the product link or SKU, your vehicle's make, model, model year and engine, and any modifications relevant to the part. For a vehicle-specific parts check, include your registration or VIN. For brake enquiries, tell us the axle and brake package fitted to the car when known.

Tell us how you use the car and what you want to achieve. An everyday road car and a track-focused build can have different priorities, so include any important requirements such as comfort, noise, wheel clearance or a planned event.

Checking availability or delivery timing

Include the exact product, selected option, quantity and delivery postcode or country. Let us know about any deadline before placing an order. An item being available to order does not, by itself, confirm physical stock or immediate dispatch.

Need help with an existing order?

Include your order number and a short description of the issue. For a damaged, incorrect or incomplete delivery, explain what arrived and include clear photographs where useful. Do not send payment-card details.
